• Knowledge on all work systems (civil, electrical, mechanical, etc…).
• Ability to manage construction / modification site and monitor progress of work.
• Ability to read Auto CAD Drawings and lay out plans.
• Ensure that work is progressing as per drawings and lay out plans.
• Thorough knowledge of materials, tools and Manpower needed to complete the project.
• Good knowledge of finishing materials, methods and procedures.
• Knowledge of finishing the project in a cost effective way.
• Ability of control Manpower to do perfect job.
• Ability to work under Work Pressure.
• Proven ability to train and guide subordinates.
• Ability to control and get the work done from different nationalities.
• Report progress of work to Higher Authority
• Willingness to take instructions from Higher Authority and implement it to the satisfaction of Management
• Have very good communication skills (English)
• have good Computer Knowledge
• Should be a good team player with good leadership quality.
>>Qualifications :
- Education : Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience : Minimum 5 years experience in finishing and modification/construction work.
